Quality Home Care was set up in 2006 by husband and wife Jo & Shaun Butler.
After a tragic accident whilst on a family holiday in 2003, Shaun fell off a harbour wall into the sea, this resulted in him breaking his neck and becoming a full-time wheelchair user in need of 24-hour care.
Having being in receipt of care and being unhappy with the quality of service it was recognised that there was a need for a good Quality Home Care agency in Derby.
At Quality Home Care we are able to recognise things from the customer and the carers perspective as we are able to draw from our own personal experiences.
We are a family run business, who care about our customers and staff.
We try to enable people to get the best outcomes of their day to day lives.
